The Lombard Company is a family owned and operated business founded in 1956. With an experienced staff of construction professionals, The Lombard Company provides a full range of general contracting and construction management services for a diverse client base throughout the Chicagoland area.
Our full time office and field staff includes project management, estimating, shop drawing and submittal expediting, accounting, marketing and clerical personnel. Our estimating, project management and accounting departments are fully computerized. We maintain a yard and shop with all the necessary tools and equipment to support our field operations and our ability to perform our own carpentry and concrete work.
We have successfully serviced both the public and private sectors, constructing a wide variety of buildings. Our clientele ranges from health care institutions to corporate giants; from schools and churches to city halls and police stations; from factories and warehouses to office buildings and banks; from water reservoirs and treatment plants to rail car repair facilities; from toboggan slides to air traffic control towers; from retirement centers to retail centers. Our ability to deliver a diverse mix of projects is enhanced by our ability to produce architectural precast products through our subsidiary, Lombard Architectural Precast Products.
