Chicago Patrolmen’s Federal Credit Union
Location: 10339 S. Pulaski Rd., Chicago, Illinois
This project was the construction of a new 7,000 SF credit union for the Chicago Patrolmen’s Federal Credit Union. The site was cleared of existing buildings. The new facility also houses the Chicago Patrolmen’s Memorial Foundation.
Founders Bank, (Now known as CIBC)
Location: Orland Park, Illinois
The Lombard Company has a well established track record of successfully constructing bank facilities. This is one of the reasons why Founders Bank selected Lombard to complete the interior build-out of its facility on John Humphrey Drive in Orland Park, Illinois. The 18,197 square foot interior construction project included two levels above grade and a full basement build-out. Lombard worked with the bank’s interior architect, Design Bridge, to complete this facility, which is the sixth project we have worked on with Founders Bank as they expand their presence in the south and southwest suburban areas.
Founders Bank, (Now known as CIBC)
Location: 17865 South 80th Ave., Tinley Park, Illinois
The 5,000 square foot banking facility has an adjoining six lane drive-up area. A stunning exterior design, achieved using masonry construction, is accented with custom windows and capped off with a dramatic copper toned metal roof.
U.S. Bank
Location: 360 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, Illinois
Under very tight time constraints, The Lombard Company completed this interior renovation right on schedule. Custom teller line casework mimics the arced acoustical ceiling in the main area, and a new lobby is filled with natural light from windows on both Michigan Avenue and Wacker Drive.
Hinsbrook Bank & Trust, (Now known as Coummunity Bank of Willowbrook)
Location: 6262 South Route 83, Willowbrook, Illinois
The Lombard Company developed and built this three story, 33,000 square foot banking facility utilizing architectural precast from LAPPCO, our precast company. The Hinsbrook Bank & Trust building was built in conjunction with a 36,000 square foot retail center.
U.S. Bank
Location: 209 S. La Salle St., Chicago, Illinois
As U.S. Bank consolidated its area operations into the historic Rookery Building, The Lombard Company was contracted to construct the new street-level branch. The existing casework was modified into a dramatic arced teller line, as was the main entrance to incorporate a new ATM. Special attention was paid so to not disturb the original entry vestibule’s wood-framed windows. New lighting and wall finishes completed the renovation, which only took five weeks.
