The Lombard Company is seeking a career minded individual for a position as Project Superintendent. The applicant should be a well-organized, aggressive individual with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial, industrial, municipal or educational construction on projects ranging in size from $2,000,000 to $20,000,000. A degree in construction management, civil or mechanical engineering, architecture or business administration is required. Experience with SureTrack, Prolog Manager and Microsoft Office would be beneficial. OSHA 30 required. Experience on LEED projects desired.
